Booking Policy


• All packages and gift cards must be used within 3 months of purchase. After this period, they will expire.


• A $30 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.


• Cancellations made last minute, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. For package clients, missed appointments without 24–48 hours notice will incur a $50 missed appointment fee per session to rebook.


• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation to avoid disrupting the next client.


• All services are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.


• Exact cash only. Change is not available.


• No guests are permitted in the treatment room unless they have a scheduled appointment immediately following yours.


• Client forms must be completed the same day the booking is made, prior to your appointment.


• Clients are required to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and recent cosmetic procedures.


• Facial services cannot be performed on clients with:

-Active cold sores

-Contagious skin conditions

-Open wounds

-Sunburned skin

-Cold or flu symptoms


• If you have used Accutane within the past 6–12 months, you must inform your esthetician prior to booking.


• Please discontinue the use of active skincare products (retinols, vitamin C, exfoliants) at least 1 week prior to your appointment.


• A minimum of 2 weeks is required after Botox or filler treatments before receiving a facial.


Please remove all jewelry prior to your appointment.
